Tips to Fall Asleep Faster
1/ Avoid caffeine after noon.
2/ Exercise during the day.
3/ Avoid an afternoon nap.
4/ Have a consistent bedtime and an evening routine.
5/ Lower room temperature and add black out curtains.
6/ Turn off technology and avoid blue light 1-2 hours before bed.
7/ Avoid sugar and hidden sugar such as cereal in the evening.
8/ Try sleep meditation and calming music at bedtime.
9/ Eat dinner early, with a minimum of consumption 2-3 hours before bedtime.
10/ Diffuse aromatherapy oil such as lavender, chamomile, sandalwood and others.
11/ Try using a white noise machine
12/ Have an herbal tea or a protein snack 1-2 hours before bed.
13/ Try a sleep spray, apoptogenic drink, protein shake, or herbal tea.
14/ Reduce stress
15/ Do a brain dump, writing down your "to do" list for next day and so on.
