Javiera’s passion for cooking lead her to open her own catering business featuring the Chilean cuisine she grew up with in her hometown of Santiago. She has since expanded this to include a stall at the local Farmers Market where you can purchase a wide range of products Thursdays and Saturdays. Offerings include ceviche, medialunas, sopaipillas, hot sauce and her FAMOUS empanadas.
