Yesterday, I stopped at Penny's for the first time and was very impressed with the wonderful customer service I received. Jennifer Duffy, who was the sales consultant, was exceptional and took the time to tell me about the estate jewellery and the custom pieces designed by Penny and their goldsmith on site. While I waited, the goldsmith quickly fixed a ring I went in with for repair.
I was intrigued by the custom pottery pieces displayed by their goldsmith under the name WJewellery.com and will be contacting them in the future for my own piece. This store is a true gem!

Found this shop while walking in the historic area of Brockville and it has quickly become one of my favourites. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The selection of items is really good and I love to check out the estate section. If you haven't been to Penny's yet you really should. You will experience wonderful customer service coupled with fabulous jewellery.

we initially went to Penny to have 2 rings re-sized, and were pleased with the personal and professional service.Her shop is a treasure trove of both new and estate jewellery:the best kept secret in the city!
Working with Penny and her team has been an absolute delight.i am now the happy recipient of a re-designed birthstone pendant, as well as a custom designed gold bangle that I always dreamed of!

Penny and staff are amazing. She is very professional and pleasant and focused on listening to her client's thoughts and ideas. She also gives her input and between the two of us she created a ring using stones from a ring I never used (just sat in a drawer). I brought in a very old gold bracelet that needed repairing. I wasn’t sure if it was worth fixing. Taking Penny’s advice, her on-site designer/repairer matched the gold perfectly and it turned out beautifully. Is was also cleaned and was returned to me looking like a brand new piece.

We bought my wedding band set over the course of a year. By the time we were ready to order the matching band, I had moved to the Northwest Territories. Penny looked up my account, confirmed my ring pattern and my ring size, ordered my ring, checked it for any flaws, then forwarded it to my home in the NWT. Best personal service and extra effort. Absolutely the greatest jeweler I have ever dealt with! Thank you, Penny!

Professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and cleanliness are just a few of the attributes that Penny’s Jewelry carries and holds as a growing business. Listening to my concerns and wants was thoroughly demonstrated by the owner. Treating me with respect and kindness instantly allowed me to feel all that much more comfortable and content with having chose them to locate stones and fix my girlfriends ring. Consistency and contact was made throughout our time of business. The jewelry shop was kept very clean and all Covid measures were thoroughly in place. Certainly recommend this place to all.

Penny was amazing with fiance and I when we went in and asked for a custom wedding band for me. She was able to show us some wonderful bands for my fiance. She was so helpful and attentive to what I was looking for for my wedding band. Her team even went above and beyond and had drawn up 2 different styles. All in all we are extremely happy with our rings and in a few short months we will be wearing them. I highly recommend Penny's to everyone I talk too. So impressed with the service and professionalism that we experienced.

I requested a new design for my original engagement ring, wedding ring and mothers wedding ring. The design options they offered were beautiful and my new ring is more than I expected. I would like to thank Penny and her staff for the amazing ring that was created for me from three generations of rings I had collected over the years. Instead of having them in a drawer and forgotten, they created a beautiful ring out of the ones I had from my Grandfather, Uncle and Father. I asked Penny to have a ring with a broken gemstone. She found a Canadian gem at a great price and had the ring fixed with short notice just in time for Valentine's Day. Her excellent service and genuine care give me good reason to recommend her services without hesitation.
