About the May Court Club
The May Court Club of Brockville, a registered charitable organization, is a diverse and dedicated group of women who actively volunteer their time by providing both service and financial assistance to those in need. Beginning with a membership of 29, in 1959, and a project to help start a new senior citizens' club, the May Court Club of Brockville has grown to more than 140 members, achieved a significant number of service undertakings, and has contributed more than $1,300,000 to our community. Funds are raised principally through the May Court Thrift Shop as well as various fundraising events held throughout the year.
May Court Thrift Shop
The May Court Club of Brockville operates the May Court Thrift Store in historic downtown Brockville. Selling excellent quality donated and consigned items, the money generated from the store is donated to non-profit charitable organizations and individuals in need within our community.

Items on Consignment
The May Court Thrift Shop accepts items for sale on a consignment basis. Due to our limited display space, the items we accept are subject to certain rules to ensure that the items we accept are saleable/seasonal and can be sold in a timely manner. If you are considering selling items in our shop on a consignment basis, please review our Consignment Policy before bringing items to the store.
Please note that consignment articles are accepted by appointment only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings. To book a consignment appointment please call us at 613-342-2251.
Item and Estate Donations
Donations are always welcome and may be dropped off on Monday to Friday 9:30 to 4:30 and Saturdays until 1:00 pm.
Estates are also welcome, as a consignment or donation. Consignment estates require at least 24 hours advance notice before being brought in so that we may arrange for the staff to process the items.
Please note, due to our limited shop display space, donations and Estates must meet the same saleability requirements as for consignment articles. For our Consignment Policy, please click here.
Specials
We encourage you to watch for special sales on selected Fridays during the year. These are usually the last Friday of the month. All our specials are scheduled on our Events Page. Be sure to visit it regularly so you don’t miss out on the sale!
