Your patience is appreciated as we work hard this week to contact all of our clients who had appointments booked before the pandemic. If you had an appointment reserved while we were closed, we will be calling you in the next few days. For those of you who are anxious to book new appointments, we kindly ask that you refrain from calling until next week while we get re-organized.
Our goal is to provide you with the safe, comfortable and relaxing spa experience you love while at the safe time adhering with the new health standards to ensure there isn't a resurge of COVID-19. The measures we have taken and our new protocols are as follows:
-Please bring a mask to wear during your spa service. Upon arrival you will be asked to remove outside shoes and given a clean pair of slippers to wear while inside the spa. We also ask that you use hand sanitizer upon entering, which will be provided at the door. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you. -Our team will be wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment to perform your spa service safely. -Plexiglas has been added to our manicure stations. -We are unable to offer any refreshments at this time. Please feel free to bring your own beverage to enjoy during your spa service. -The entire spa has been deep cleaned and will be continuously cleaned daily. Bathrooms will be sanitized after every use. -At this time, the Government has announced some further temporary restrictions on facial services. These include: facials, facial waxing, facial tinting, eyelash lifts, eyelash extensions, microdermabrasion and makeup applications. We are hopeful that these restrictions will be lifted over the next few weeks at which time, we will contact you to re-book.
Your co-operation while we get used to our new practices is greatly appreciated. We are working hard now to prepare for our opening safely while continuing to provide the luxurious spa experience you're accustomed to.
