The Brockville Racquet Club is proud to introduce Modern Brock's 6 week mini fitness Bootcamp with your local Realtor Mary-Anne! Offering 6 weeks of Hiit, Bodyweight, and Core style workouts every Sunday starting March 3rd and all are welcome! There will be a Beginner/Intermediate class and an Advanced class so feel free to attend whichever one fits your needs! Come get your sweat on, workout to some good tunes, meet new people, and enjoy some snacks and refreshments offered after the class.
The first “Soft Hands" Team Challenge tournament at BRC was a success and tons of fun! Thank you to all the participants, team captains and volunteers for making this tournament possible. Thanks to spectators that took part of their to cheer on the teams, and to our sponsors for the fantastic food - Sweet Ophelia's Cafe & One Love Jamaican Cuisine - and Chad Valcourt and Onix Pickleball Canada for supplying the paddles for our draws.
